a mixed experience, honestly
missing soap loose tap
the location was acceptable. it was fine for getting around.
The room lacked basic amenities. there was no soap in the shower. That's pretty annoying. also, the tap in the bathroom was loose and only gave out hot water. i think some attention to details is needed there.

I enjoyed the location. It was excellent! the food in the restaurant downstairs was also excellent. i was so close to everything i wanted to see.

friendly staff clean aesthetic essential amenities
I found the staff INCREDIBLY friendly. They allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, it was a HUGE help. The room had a clean aesthetic and included all essential amenities for a comfortable stay. We also received coupons for complimentary coffee and pastry at the café across the road.
The stairs was a bit tricky with luggage, it's something to consider for future visits.

smooth process great breakfast convenient location unique coffee shops
i appreciated the smooth self check-in process. the provided breakfast option offered a great start to my mornings. the location worked well, putting me close to the train station. plus, i found some nearby unique coffee shops to explore.
The stairs felt a little narrow. It was a bit challenging to navigate them, but i managed, i am not too old, though.

helpful staff luggage assistance complimentary pastry missing bedside light single glazed window lacking soap
The staff carried my luggage to my room upon arrival. I was also able to leave my luggage before check-in. Vouchers for complimentary coffee and pastry at the coffee shop across the street were provided and I enjoyed it.
The room lacked bedside lighting, so only overhead lighting was available. Windows were not double glazed. The bathroom lacked soap or body wash in the shower, giving it a barebones feel.

cozy stay near centraal
comfortable room helpful staff
the room was really comfortable and i found it spacious. the staff helped me with my luggage making check in easier. i enjoyed the view of the cyclists from my window.
there wasnt any bedside light and overhead lighting was too strong. windows didnt have double glazing so it was noisy.

i got vouchers for coffee and pastry daily at a cafe across the road. the restaurant below the hotel looked gorgeous and had natural wine. the vouchers from the hotel gave me a delicious morning.
